Refund & Exchange Policy

Items purchased cannot be exchanged or refunded. If you pop your beads once they have been tied or used, they cannot be returned or refunded. H ow you care for your beads once yo receive them are your responsibility, it is advised not to bath or sleep in detachable strands to preserve them longer.

Also please ensure you measure and order the correct size of customised beads, as these are hand made, if you order incorrect size, they cannot be returned or refunded.

However if items arrives faulty or damaged, items can be replaced, providing photo evidence submitted to proof  damage or fault. Items have to be in original condition that it was sent in and not have been altered.
